How soon will my order reach me?

  • We try to ship products within 24 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.
  • Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.

How reliable are your delivery services?

  • We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through FedEx surface mode or air for your delivery.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax,etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Why are my products arriving in multiple shipments?

  • We ship from multiple locations in the country. This is the reason your order might reach you in multiple parts.

Do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping charges are Zero for all orders above Rs.499 to be delivered within India. Shipping charges of Rs.75 are applicable for orders below Rs.499.we charge a nominal fee based on the total weight of your order.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

  • You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

  • How long does it take for my international order to reach me?
  • We ship through Aramex or FedEx. It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • Do you offer COD?
  • Yes! COD is available for orders – the COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.
